Run by Marilyn and Arnold Grant, M & A Farm offers a range of hormone- and antibiotic-free products: pasture-raised Angus beef, free range pork and free-range poultry. Happily, eggs are available year-round. Their beef is available in a variety of cuts: steaks, London Broil, Delmonaco, NY Strips, Sirloin, Sirloin Tips, Chuck, Top and Bottom-browned, Roasts, Tenderloin, and more. Pork is available in chops, roasts and other cuts as well. Chicken can be purchased by the whole or half. You can find M & A Farm products at the Saratoga Farmers' Market, at High Rock Park. Visitors are welcome to the farm by appointment only.
