About Beech Hill Farms
Beech Hill Farms is a 235 acre farm bordered by lush wooded areas. Owners Jeffrey, Jeff and Dawn Sharts have managed the farm since 1982. While the farm is prepping to raise dairy cows this Spring, it now raises only Hereford beef cattle for consumer purchase. Whole or half animals are available for purchase; consumers can buy in groups, and divy the product to their liking. Beech Hill cattle are pasture-raised, feed on certified organic hay and haylage (chopped hay), and receive no hormones or antibiotics. The Shartses have followed the organic philosophy for years, and expect to become certified organic for their dairy products soon.
