Mas may as well be the farmhouse in the middle of a sustainable, upstate New York farm. Small, northeastern (mainly New York), family farms supply Mas with virtually all of its meat, dairy, and egg products. All of these farms, many of which can be found at the Union Square or Grand Army Plaza Greenmarkets, raise their animals in a humane, pastured setting without the routine use of hormones or antibiotics. Mas complements its all-natural meat offerings with fresh, organic produce as well.
