According to Jane Biezynski, when she and her husband Richard started their all-natural poultry operation nearly 25 years ago, people thought they were crazy. But they stayed true to their ambition- raising clean, natural poultry products that were completely free of anything artificial or processed. Now, the Biezynski's products couldn't be more in demand. North Wind Farm supplies poultry (squab, quail, turkey, chicken, and more), beef, pork, and rabbit to individual customers, retailers, and chefs. Dedicated customers have even suggested North Wind Farm products to area restaurants and after their initial trial chefs have refused to cook with anything else. Most meats should be available year-round from the farm either fresh or frozen.
