Alba, a self-described casually elegant BYOB restaurant, features Pennsylvania-grown, artisan foods simply prepared and cooked over a wood burning grill. Just about all the meats and cheeses served at Alba were raised and/or produced in neighboring counties on small, sustainable farms. None of these operations routinely medicate their animals and most of them raise their livestock on pasture. Ask most anyone in the kitchen where your food originated and they'll tell you the name of the farm and its location. Chances are it's right down the road.
