Through the years, our restaurant has earned a reputation with locals and visitors alike for fine country gourmet cuisine. Starting with the freshest natural ingredients, we make our own pasta, soups, bread, ice cream and desserts; many of our ingredients (such as vegetables, herbs, berries, eggs, veal, venison, and quail) come to us from local organic farmers. And, of course, all of our dairy products come from Vermont cows.Our exquisitely decorated dining room (with fireplace) provides a relaxing, candle-lit atmosphere.
