The grill is open for breakfast and dinner, seven days a week from mid-March to the end of November. It's closed for the winter, as the roads are inaccessible.
Hell's Backbone Grill serves regionally-based cuisine: a blend of Western Range, Pueblo Indian and Southwestern flavors created from scratch. Their menu changes weekly to reflect seasonal availability because we are committed to being an environmentally sound business. They grow many of their own vegetables and herbs in their on-site organic garden and feature locally raised and natural meats. Hell's Backbone Grill also features a well rounded and lively wine list that includes wines from organic vineyards, and they offer a selection of fine Utah microbrewed beers.
