About 8 O'clock Ranch

Our animals are pastured on over 200 acres, grazing organically fertilized lush native grass stands. We raise our animals Organically and Humanely. No added hormones or routine antibiotics used, with room to roam as they please, water and free choice minerals and sheds for cover from bad weather. We believe that by utilizing the lands own resoures naturally we can offer Grass Fed Lamb and Beef at the most affordable price to our patrons.

We sell our meats at a variety of Food Coop throughout the Northeast as well as through our mail order website throughout the US. We offer a large variety of cuts from both our lamb and our beef. We sell packages and for those who enjoy stocking up you can purchase a half or whole lamb or beef. Lamb and Beef is available year-round, everything from stew meat to roasts is available and can be shipped directly to you.
