About Weather Hand Farm

We are a small farm in progress. We are going into our 4th year growing and selling at farmers markets. We produce naturally-grown vegetables, cut flowers, and pastured chicken for meat. While not certified organic, we raise all of our products under organic principles.

The vegetables, which are sold primarily through the farm's CSA program and area farmers markets, are available March through December. The chicken is generally available from April to Thanksgiving and is sold from the farm whole and in parts. Customers hoping to pick up chicken at a specific time should call and place an order at least two weeks ahead, as the chickens are sold at two local farmers' markets and availability will vary.

Roaming out on pasture, the chickens only receive a small amount of grain as grasses and insects compose the basis of their diet.
