About Owl's Ridge Farm
Situated on 130 acres between the Hudson River and Catskill Park, Owl's Ridge Farm is a beef operation that's been raising cattle the all-natural way for over 25 years. All the cattle are raised on the farm, so the farmers know almost every detail about each animal.Owl's Ridge cattle are out on pasture year-round, feasting on grasses and grains, which are provided just before processing. The farm features other animals as well, such as guinea hens, which are used for tick control, but the main product is beef.
Frozen, individual cuts of beef are available year-round straight from the farm. ¼ or ½ cuts can be purchased from November through January. Breeding stock and feeder animals are also available.
