The Dundee Bistro is located in the heart of Oregon Wine Country. Founded in 1999 by the Ponzi Family, one of Oregon's premier wine pioneering families, The Dundee Bistro showcases the finest wines and foods produced in the Willamette Valley. The Bistro is heavily committed to the Slow Food Movement and to sustainable farming practices. The Dundee Bistro focuses on culinary processes, from perfectly fresh to baking, brining, braising, grilling, smoking and slow roasting over flavor enhancing woods. Our goal is presenting dishes of optimal enjoyment from locally sourced, sustainably farmed ingredients. Virtually all of the meats served are organic and/or pasture-raised or free-range, many from local farms. None of their meats have added hormones or antibiotic residues. When possible, they only serve Oregon wild-caught salmon, and they also have delectable organic free-range pheasant and free-range duck.
