All of the produce at Cookshop is local, all of the fish is wild, and all of the meat is raised by small family farms that practice grass-based, sustainable farming -- no hormones or antibiotics ever! Cookshop is now participating in the Meatless Monday movement! Every Monday evening, they feature a separate, seasonally-driven vegetarian menu.
