Here in Vermont cheese is made the traditional way which provides the best flavor and old fashioned quality. All of the cheeses at Sugarbush Farm are hand cut and hand wrapped. The cheese is hand dipped in three coats of special cheese coating wax to lock in the peak flavor and allows for safe shipping and long keeping. Sugarbush Farm milk is produced on-site by a herd of pasture-raised (that is, pastured as much as Vermont weather allows) Jersey cows and then shipped to Vermont-based cooperatives that produce the cheese. The cheese is then sent to Sugarbush Farm where it is aged and sold on-site or through online ordering. Sugarbush Farm cheeses include:- Hickory and Maple Naturally Smoked
