The focus at Sobsey's is on high-quality, farm-fresh produce and meat, complemented by delectable, epicurian ingredients to round out any meal. All of the meat sold at Sobsey's is fresh and either organic or naturally raised. Organic milk, cheese, butter, yogurt and eggs are always available as well. Some other additional items include several kinds of olives, nuts, potatoes, wild and cultivated mushrooms, jams, dried beans, cereal, snacks, spices, dried fruits and freshly baked bread.
