Mixt Greens specializes in creating the freshest, most delicious salads possible. Chef Andrew Swallow has trained at some of the country's top restaurants, and he is now bent on providing the lunch crowd with seasonal, organic options. Customers can choose from a selection of salads (and a few sandwiches) prepared in house, or they can design their own salads. Either way, the ingredients are guaranteed to be fresh, all-natural, organic and locally-sourced. They work with purveyors who are as passionate about sustainable practices as they are, to provide food that is as good for you as it is for the Earth.
