About Paley's Place
Paley's Place is a change from corporate chains and noisy mega-restaurants. By opening a restaurant with only 50 seats, Vitaly and Kimberly Paley have made a commitment to creativity and flexibility in cuisine, sophistication in service, and intimacy in the dining experience. They are committed to local, sustainable agriculture, and their menu is highly seasonal, drawing upon native Northwest ingredients as much as possible, including locally-raised meats. Since the restaurant's opening in 1995, critics have endorsed its success, and Paley received the James Beard Award for Best Chef - Northwest, in 2005.
