Noble Rot's seasonal food menu changes depending on what's ripening on the 3000 square foot roof-top garden, local supply, and the chef's inspiration. Ingredients are sourced local, seasonable, and mostly organic. 80% of their menu is locally sourced.
Rotating dishes might feature duck breast over chanterelles and potatoes, wild salmon with corn, tomatoes and basil or the dopey but delicious apples "Carl Sagan": a deconstructed apple pie a la mode in a celestial style. Menu standards include an endive, beet, blue cheese and hazelnut salad, an onion tart, a celebrated macaroni & cheese and a wicked good creme brulee. The menu changes often, but favorites will always remain. Noble Rot uses top quality ingredients from local sources that practice sustainable farming.
