We take great pride in taking care of our part of God's creation here in south-central Nebraska. The move to organic started in the 1970's and we were fully certified in 1995. The commitment to healthy safe food has gone to the next generation, Joe and David Mazour. After being organic for so long, our ranch has become truly sustainable to the point of growing our own seed and growing our mother cows from generations past. We depend on solar energy for plants to enrich the soil and in nourishment for our cattle. We have always depended on our home-grown food from vegetables from our garden to the beef we eat. In 1998 we learned about the health benefits of grass-fed beef and decided to share our healthy beef by starting our website to sell directly to friends across the country. Our USDA inspected, hormone and antibiotic-free grass-fed Angus beef is available in whole, halves, split halves or by the cut for shipment throughout the USA using FedEx. You may also purchase our beef at our ranch when you visit us. We are located about 60 miles south of Grand Island and Interstate 80 or 100 miles southwest of Lincoln, Nebraska.
