About American Surf N' Turf

American Surf N' Turf raises beef and lamb using an "all grass, all the time" philosophy. Our Black Angus, wheat grass fed beef are raised on the high plains of Union County in northeast New Mexico, and our lambs are raised on our New Mexico family ranch. No hormones, steroids, or antibiotics are used. Beef is available in CSA shares, which include a variety of cuts for the entire family.

We also catch Wild Alaskan Salmon. Kenny spends his summer months harvesting Wild Salmon in Kodiak Island, Alaska. The fish is frozen and shipped to Arizona and New Mexico for distribution throughout the southwest. We offer fillets, bacon, and roe, and have additional selections of wild halibut and wild sablefish.

We sell our products primarily through farmers' markets in Phoenix and Albuquerque. Products are also available through a few retailers and restaurants in Arizona and New Mexico. We market five species of Wild Alaska Salmon and other Alaskan seafood specialties at all of our market, restaurant, and retail locations.
