Grafton cheddar is all natural, no additives, no preservatives, no rBGH. Currently they use milk from about 38 small VT family farms. Because Jersey Cow milk is richer in protein and butterfat, the texture is creamier and the flavor robust.
Their cheddar is comprised of 4 ingredients: Whole VT Jersey Cow Milk, salt, select bacterial cultures, and enzymes. When they add garlic they use natural garlic crystals; Sage is a natural dalmatian sage rub; and smoked is naturally smoked with maple wood chips in their smoker oven.
