They serve sausages from Usinger's (Milwaukee based family-owned business), fairly traded coffee in their "Fair Shake," all-natural Shake Shack Relish from Rick's Picks (artisanal pickle company based in NYC).

Shake Shack offsets 100% electricity by purchasing wind power credits and practices on-site composting of all organic materials and their used cooking oil is recyeled into biodisel fuel.
