Their mission is to provide the community with access to fresh food during the growing season.The Market offers fresh fruits, vegetables, baked goods and much more. Visitors can enjoy a friendly shopping experience with reasonable prices.
The market has an EBT wireless machine that will allow us to accept Independence cards for those in the SNAP program. SNAP (formerly food stamp) participants will swipe their cards and receive tokens in exchange to spend at qualifying vendors. It will also allow us to take any debit card from our customers. Any customer will be able to swipe a debit card and receive Tokens that can be used as cash to purchase items.
