The Stuyvesant Town Greenmarket brings fresh food from local farms straight to the doorsteps of Stuyvesant Town and Peter Cooper Village residents, and is open to the area public as well. Choose from certified organic and specialty vegetables, heirloom apples, stone fruit and berries, farmstead European style sheep and cows milk cheeses and yogurt, fresh Hampton Bays fish, pickles, preserves, chutneys, and organic artisanal baked goods. Regular cooking demonstrations and family friendly events make the Stuyvesant Town Greenmarket the place to be on Sunday mornings.
