In addition to growing a diversified market garden, Tierra Vegetables also grow over 20 varieties of chiles and sweet peppers. The produce is sold through their CSA program, at the Farm Stand and on Saturday mornings at the San Francisco Ferry Plaza Farmers' Market. The truly outstanding flavor of Tierra Vegetables produce is derived from a combination of excellent climate conditions and the sustainable agricultural practices that are used: no pesticides or herbicides are ever applied to the chiles.
