Thirsty Bear Brewing Company brews and pours a minimum of nine distinctive, premium organic hand-crafted beers. Thirsty Bear also has a full bar with an extensive selection of single malt scotches, a variety of exceptional Spanish brandies and other fine liquors. Beer connoisseurs and cocktail lovers can go to the same restaurant for a great meal, or just a couple of drinks. Our philosophy is to use local seasonal products, sustainably harvested seafood and responsibly stewarded meats. The menu presents a contemporary and seasonal approach to traditional Spanish tapas. We change the menu frequently because we use local and organic products as much as possible and try to minimize our carbon footprint by working with local farms and purveyors. By working with products that are in season, we are able to use ingredients at the peak of their flavor.
