Everything they serve is created using only 100 percent organic ingredients, as the first restaurant in the US to serve all USDA certified organic foods. They are also the first and only USDA certified organic bar. They also offer 100 percent organic and sustainable catering services for any event! GustOrganics respects the environment by running a certified green operation. The restaurant's sustainable practices include energy efficiency and the use of renewable resources, composting, and water conservation. They source much of many of their products from local, small, organic farmers, and promote their products and development through fair trade.
