Located in Hope, Minnesota, Hope Creamery is one of the only independently owned creameries in the state churning butter the old fashioned, small-batch way. Hope's Grade A butter is smooth and delicious, you'll definitely taste the difference.

The Birchwood Cafe features the unsalted variety in all their baking and cooking and its' the perfect complement for their house baked breads. Harking back to our own dairy roots, we also sell it by the pound-try salted, unsalted and chive!
