The restaurant scene in Portland is among the most vibrant and interesting in the country. 23Hoyt steps up to the plate with (former college softball player) Chef Amber Webster. Amber moved from San Diego in late 2010 with the recommendation of her mentor and former boss, chef Jason Neroni. Amber brings a gutsy, farm-to-table sensibility to the 23Hoyt menu and a light hand with hearty and satisfying dishes. The crave-able menu (with the best burger in town) still fits within the realm of "gastro-pub" with familiar offerings that exceed expectations on your first bite. Our menu is built with the bright, fresh flavors of local and seasonal products. We are dedicated to procuring artisanal ingredients: meat and fish from local farms, ranches and fisheries that share a devout commitment to sustainability.
