Our produce has been organically grown (uncertified) for 25 years on the same two acres using a permanent path/bed system on three-year rotations, with cover crops, green manures, crop rotations, aged compost and manure, ground rock, and soil microorganisms. Major crops include salad greens, pea greens, peas, basil, tomatoes, peppers. Call for farm sales. We sell at the Carrboro Farmers' Market on Wednesdays from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
