About Turtle Run
Turtle Run is a small family vegetable farm in the historic village of Saxapahaw, NC near Chapel Hill. In business since 1996, we grow our produce without the use of sprays, pesticides, herbicides or other harmful chemicals. Our own delicious tomato variety that we call "Little Cherokee" is a purple plum type and has won first place in the tomato tasting contest at the Carrboro Farmers' Market in previous years
