'wichcraft has always obtained its ingredients from artisan producers such as Bien Cuit for the bread that holds our sandwiches together and small farmers like Eckerton Hill Farm to star in our summer seasonal BLT sandwich. They are proud of the farmers and businesses they have helped grow along with their expansion from New York City to San Francisco. As part of their long-standing partnership with GrowNYC, 'wichcraft has been at the forefront of supporting local farming and sharing the farm-to-table movement with as many people as possible.
