About Pachamama Farm & Wellness
The mission of Pachamama Farm & Wellness is to cultivate a self-sustaining ecosystem that produces pure and diverse foods, and enhances the health and well-being of the local community. In an effort to work with nature while producing food, Pachamama Farm & Wellness ideally plants crops during the season they grow in “best”. In alignment with the regulations of organic production, they do not use synthetic fertilizers or pesticides of any kind. Thus far, they have also been able to avoid using plastic mulch and drip tape, thereby reducing input to landfills.
CSA members each get a “share” of Pachamama Farm & Wellness. Each week, for 18 weeks, members pick up fresh, nutritious, local produce grown using organic methods. By participating in their CSA, customers directly support their local farmers and local economy. Membership includes just-picked produce, a weekly CSA newsletter, recipes, invitations to farm events and the opportunity to enjoy the farm each week.
