About Archi's Acres

Welcome to the home of Archi’s Acres. We are a small-scale farm located in Valley Center, California, just outside of San Diego. We pride ourselves in growing immaculate herbs, vegetables and fruit using sustainable and bio-organic techniques. Most of our herbs and veggies are grown using bio-hydroponics, a form of growing which relies on organic tea nutrients mixed with pure, filtered water. All the water is contained and is re-circulated into the Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) growing tables, provided by Innovative Growing Solutions. Our hot houses use less water than an average home, while producing a nutritious product in a fraction of the normal growing time. You can find our products at Jimbo’s Naturally and Whole Foods Market, as well as the following Certified Farmers Markets: Escondido from 2:00pm to 6:00pm every Tuesday Poway from 8:00am to 12:00am every Saturday Solana Beach from 2:00pm to 5:00pm every Sunday Archi’s Acres is also the home of Archi’s Acres Veterans Sustainable Agriculture Training (VSAT), a training program for returning veterans. The program is a cooperative effort of Archi’s Acres and the San Diego Veterans Affairs Healthcare System’s Compensated Work Therapy. It is designed to give the returning veterans an opportunity to transition back into the private sector, employment opportunities, as well as professional training in sustainable agriculture.
