Since opening in August of 2000, Fish Restaurant has given locals and visitors alike the opportunity to enjoy local, sustainable and flavorful seafood in a chic and stylish atmosphere. Taking an “innovative approach to seasonal seafood,” our menu reflects ingredients that are native to the Lowcountry, prepared with Asian influences. Fish supports the local farmers and fisherman here in South Carolina, and we regularly feature locally-caught tuna, grouper, wreckfish and more on our menu. Education is a key part of our food philosophy, and we support wise seafood choices and the consumption of environmentally-friendly captured seafood. Fish Restaurant is much more than just seafood, with farm-raised beef, pork, organic chicken, vegetarian and vegan choices. Executive chef Nico Romo, the youngest chef to ever earn the distinction of Master Chef of France, and our passionate team work closely with local fishermen and farmers to source the freshest, most flavorful ingredients that bring our culinary creations to life.
