Located at the historic Harbor View Hotel on Starbuck's Neck, this graceful Victorian dining room enjoys timeless views of the Edgartown Lighthouse and Harbor. Water Street features renowned chef Levon Wallac's Vineyard Harvest Cuisine. Chef Wallace sources the freshest island produce, meats and poultry from established island farms including Allen, Morning Glory, and Whipporwill, as well as line-caught and day boat seafood from local fishermen. Chef Wallace prepares the food in a contemporary New England style to enhance the freshness and emphasize the unique flavors of the local ingredients. Tucked away behind Water Street Restaurant is an elegant little Edgartown bar, Henry's, with spectacular views that has long been considered one of Martha's Vineyard's best-kept secrets. Henry's Bar features a Tapas-inspired grazing menu of Vineyard Small Plates. We source the freshest island ingredients from established local farms and fishermen and prepare the food in a contemporary New England style. The menu is designed to offer multiple tastes by choosing several inspired Small Plates. For those who wish to dine in a more traditional manner, full-size entrees are offered as well. Henry's is open daily from 11am - 10pm.
