The Chapman Creek Cattle Company is now finishing its Angus beef cattle the old fashioned natural way--at pasture. All of our beef is certified grass-fed by the American Grass-fed Association. The exceptional taste of Angus beef makes it the world's premium brand of fresh beef. Our grass-fed Angus beef is naturally lean, yet tender and flavorful, something only a truly natural product can provide. Once you taste the distinctively rich flavor of grass-fed Angus beef you will know the difference. We select only the finest Angus calves from Flint Hill Ranchers. Antibiotics and hormones are not necessary when these calves are finished on our native grasses, alfalfa and hay, and never in a feedlot environment.
