For more than 25 years, Lalime's has been serving up some of California's best cuisine and has gained a reputation for combining classic and innovative dishes engineered from organic, locally procured ingredients. Lalime's tries to be an all organic and ecologically sound restaurant. Their vegetables and fruits are either from the local farmers markets or delivered to us by small local gardeners. The restaurant's cuisine is based on the availability of these ingredients, seasonality, sustainable agriculture, fishery and farming. They hope with this ideology to contribute on a very small scale to the betterment of the world around us.
