The Coast Cafe was founded in October of 1998 with the vision to create a restaurant in harmony with the Bolinas community. They are guided by the confident belief that wonderful food does not have to come in a formal package and can be priced for everyone. They start with high quality local fresh ingredients, add the talented kitchen staff, mix with friendly service in a casual atmosphere, and spice with some "local charm." Located in downtown Bolinas, the cafe serves northern California cuisine using only the freshest ingredients, including locally grown organic produce, locally harvested fish and shellfish, local organic dairy, and Niman Ranch meats.
