About Blue Door Garden
Tom and Denise Peterson have been farming organically together for the past 20 years. They now operate Blue Door Garden, a one acre market garden in its fifth year of production. Using organic methods, their products are “grown with respect for the diversity and necessity of wild nature.” They produce vegetables, flowers, small fruits, herbs, and bedding plants. Products are available at the farm, but please call first to allow enough time for them to pick for you. Blue Door Garden is also a vendor at the Abingdon Farmers Market.
