St. Honoré Boulangerie is a neighborhood bakery and café located in Northwest Portland, and in Lake Oswego. Each of their bakeries features handcrafted French breads and pastries, as well as sandwiches, quiches and savory entrées, salads and soups and premium coffee drinks. The bakery's décor and menu reflects owner Dominique Geulin's French roots and his passion for using the highest quality sustainable ingredients.

They believe that businesses have a responsibility to the environment so their operations are fully devoted to minimizing their impact on the ecosystem, and their procedures are constantly being re-evaluated to maximize performance and minimize waste. We believe in supporting local and sustainable businesses. That's why they use Shepherd's Grain flour in all of their breads.

Shepherd's Grain flour comes from an alliance of progressive family farms located in the Pacific Northwest, dedicated to practicing sustainable agriculture and direct seeding. Direct seeding allows farmers to yield safe, high-quality crops, preserving the health of the soil so that the land may be passed down for future generations.
