Our restaurant seats 64 and our focus has been and continues to be around the fresh pastas and ravioli which we make on a daily basis. Using family recipes as our basis, our menu utilizes the local, sustainable bounty found throughout the Pacific Northwest. Whenever possible, they use locally grown organic produce, and all of the beef, poultry and lamb (Cascade Natural beef, Carlton Farms pork, Draper Farms chicken to name a few) products are from farms which do not use growth hormones or antibiotics.

Justa Pasta's approach to cuisine is simple. They believe that if you start with excellent ingredients, prepare them simply and deftly and (most importantly!) with love, you will end up with an excellent product. This is their goal every day.
