Mercury Cafe
About Mercury Cafe
Mercury Cafe serves locally-sourced vegetables, fruits, grains, meat, fish and bar selections, augmented with fair trade imports. Much of the food is bought from local farms and purveyors, and the beer is "brewed and delivered from our neighbors". Ours is also an organic menu with meat/fish, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free choices. We treasure our local farmers, ranchers, vintners and distilleries, and we cherish our environment. We have become a community space, a sustainable space, a local space, a space for music, dancing, poetry, and good food. In addition to the organic and local food we serve, the cafe is sustainable because it is run off of wind and solar power, and constructed using sustainable materials and techniques. Check out the Mercury Cafe menu (and space) when you're in Denver!Near This Listing
