Big Water Cafe and Coffee Roasters is a small batch, artisan coffee roaster located on Lake Superior’s southern shores in Bayfield, Wisconsin. Big Water Café offers handcrafted flavors from our bakery and kitchen serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner (seasonally) and sweets to please. We feature local meat, vegetables, milk, and berries when available. Stop in a grab a bite to eat and your favorite coffee. *We purchase many local products including milk, vegetables, apples, pork, and berries. We freeze berries all summer and use them year round. Also, all whole milk is from a local farmstead dairy. We compost all of our food waste and coffee grounds (we are a cafe and coffee roaster so it is a lot!) Over 3 tons were composted last year!
