You have the ability to create your own salad using a seemingly endless choice of produce, homemade dressings, and toppings or choose from one of our pre-designed (but not pre-made) Big 12 salads. As you enter Leaf, you are welcomed to a clean, casual atmosphere. Leaf has the look and feel of a farmer's market, with fresh produce displayed throughout the space typical of an outdoor market. We use only the freshest ingredients available, using in-state producers whenever possible. Dining options include seating inside, outside, or to go.
