Paleta is an organic, gourmet meal delivery service preparing meals made from local, seasonal ingredients. Paleta makes their meals fresh daily, never frozen, and cater to specific dietary needs. They built the first certified green kitchen in Southern California, and implemented Meatless Mondays, a chance for clients to experience the delicious taste, variety, sustainability, and health benefits of a vegetarian diet. Paleta delivers to the greater Los Angeles, Orange County and Detroit areas. They source only local and organic ingredients. Their meats are hormone and antibiotic free and their seafood is wild caught or sustainably farmed. They package their products in recyclable or biodegradable containers to limit the contribution to landfills.
