The food is made with fresh (often organic) ingredients so you don’t feel so bad pounding back the best Margaritas around. While the menu draws mainly from Mexico, many of the fresh, seasonal ingredients come right from the Hudson Valley, including produce from The Stone Barns Center. Everything is made in house, from the rainbow chips to the guacamole. Their goal is to be inventive and healthy, delicious and affordable. Have fun. Dig in!
