They do not serve meat at the inn, and regularly prepare breakfasts that are safe for vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, wheat-free, or gluten-free diets. They fund their Environmental Development Plan with one percent of annual revenues (before expenses). This plan sets forth their intentions as to which capital expenditures they will make to reduce the environmental impact of their Boulder Colorado lodging. You will sleep on fine organic cotton sheets by Coyuchi. Year-by-year they are increasing the energy efficiency of our Boulder accommodations. They offer a wonderful selection of fine loose-leaf organic teas, use environmentally friendly cleaning products, recycle paper, glass, metal, and plastic. They also practice composting their food and yard waste, and they use low-VOC paints.
