Vineyards Inn is a Spanish Bar and Grill in the heart of the wine country offering basque cuisine, drinks and lodging. They serve a large selection of tapas, authentic Paellas, and fresh local line caught fish brought in daily topped off with house made desserts. Vegan and gluten-free menus are available as well. In addition, their full bar is full of organic choices as well with a local wine list with many organic and biodynamic listings. Vineyards Inn sources locally and sustainably. Their menu is full of organic/biodynamic vegetables and fruit from their certified ranch nearby, certified organic eggs Petaluma Egg Farm, local, organic cheeses and dairy, including ice cream, and organic beef raised close-by. You can also stop in and load up on the organic/biodynamic vegetables from their own farm stand at the Rose Ranch farmers market. In addition to their sustainable ingredients, Vineyards Inn makes efforts to lower their impact on the environment in other ways, including eliminating their contribution to landfill by composting, reusing and recycling waste.
