This small owner-operated bakery is open for breakfast and lunch serving organic baked goods fresh out of the oven. They use only unbleached flour, source from their local co-op, and grind their organic whole wheat fresh daily. They also source produce from the local farmers market whenever possible. Homemade bread made with fresh ground organic wheat. Breakfast includes fresh-baked cinnamon rolls, scones, quiche and croissant sandwiches all baked on the premises. For lunch, enjoy homemade soups, deli sandwiches and hot stuffed sandwiches. None of their sandwich breads have milk or eggs in them, so they can make custom vegan and vegetarian sandwiches. Desserts include fresh-baked cookies, pastries and other desserts.
