We are a small family owned poultry farm. All of our animals are hormone and Antibiotic free and pasture raised. Our birds are healthier, and healthier for you. Birds are allowed to eat the diet they were meant to eat meaning fresh grass/vegetables insects and worms. This results in a bird that grows a little slower, but with more flavor. No Added Chemicals. Our birds are not medicated without reason, nor do we use chemical fertilizers/pesticides. We add only the compost that our own birds provide in our gardens. We are more Humane, our hens are free to range. Our broilers are out on pasture from the age of 3 weeks on. This results in a better quality of life for all of our birds and a better product for you. We choose to preserve our heritage by working with Heritage Breeds of poultry. These are birds that our ancestors may have used on their farmsteads. Our birds are bred to thrive with strong healthy immune systems and maternal instincts intact.
